“Rabbi where do you stay”
John 1:38
Dear Community of Saint Joseph’s; I hope that your families Christmases were full of great
moments. As we move out of the
Christmas season I want to express my gratitude for everyone who helped make
our parish Christmas celebrations come alive.
Thank you to everyone on our parish liturgy team for your
efforts and sacrifices so that all our parishioners and guests might have a
prayerful, beautiful and welcoming experience at Saint Joseph’s. Thank you to all of the organizers of the
parish Giving Tree and Food Donations (Saint Vincent de Paul?) for enabling our
parishioners to assist in providing hundreds of gifts, meals and food
cards. Thank you to the parish staff
for all the extra time and patience during the most hectic time of year. And thanks to all of you for your prayers,
your good will, your generosity to our community every single day. I hope that 2009 may be a year in which there is an increase
of peace and joy in your life. May
every day of this New Year be one in which we acknowledge that we are loved and
that all will be well. With gratitude and my best wishes for your health and
happiness in the New Year and always. Father Matt Pennington Pastor
